CAP Bylaws Changes

The three amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws passed with more than 90% approval by more than 10% of the voting membership as required:

  1. Bylaws Article II House of Delegates. Section 1. Purpose of the House of Delegates (House is Voice of the Membership, not legislative body)
  2. CAP Constitution Article IV, Administration (Governance of the CAP is vested solely in a Board of Governors)
  3. CAP Bylaws Article V, Section 3 on Elections (Flexibility given to when the end date of voting is set)
