In August, you will be able to access complete election information and links to candidate pages online. Click on “About CAP” at the top of the home page and look under ”CAP Elections.”
Please note: The 2013 Election will be conducted via electronic ballot. Eligible voters (CAP Fellows, Founding Fellows, and Life Fellows) will be emailed a link for the election ballot from the College’s vendor, Vote-Now, to their email address on file. If you have requested that you not receive emails from the College, you will be sent a letter via US mail with voting information. Voting information will be sent by August 13. Voting will conclude on September 12, 2013. Please ensure that your email address and privacy settings are correct in the College’s system. You may update your profile and change your settings on the CAP website.
Also, please update your “safe sender” email list to include elections@vote-now.com so that you will be sure to receive your link. Contact your system administrator for instructions on adding people to this list.
The results of the voting will be posted on the CAP website in mid-September and announced at the CAP Business Meeting, held during the CAP House of Delegates meeting, on October 12, 2013, in Orlando, Florida. All members are invited to attend.
Sincerely,
Stanley J. Robboy, MD, FCAP
