SNOMED Clinical Terms®
(SNOMED CT®) Current Release

The International Health Terminology Standards Development Organisation (IHTSDO®) releases updates to the International Release of SNOMED CT twice per year to ensure that the terminology reflects the latest clinical knowledge and evolving user needs. CAP STS develops and maintains SNOMED CT for the IHTSDO.

CAP Diagnostic Work Station

The CAP Diagnostic Work Station (DWS) is a “prototype” conceptual pathology work station of the future. The DWS offers pathologists a platform for a robust, collaborative exchange of clinical health information such as the patient’s electronic health record, real-time consultation, digital imaging, structured pathology reporting, clinical decision support, and online resources and reference material.
