The CAP has negotiated a special preferred rate of $269 per night (plus applicable taxes). To receive this special rate, make your reservations online as part of the registration process. Hotel reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made by April 3, 2013. You can register now for both the CAP Policy Meeting and your hotel here.
Air Reservations
American and Delta Airlines offer discounted fares for you and your guests attending the 2013 CAP Policy Meeting without a per ticket service charge. To receive discounted fares to Washington, DC, you must purchase your ticket in advance through the CAP Travel Desk by calling 800-323-4040 ext. 7800, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday, or emailing us. Special fares are subject to availability and certain restrictions may apply.
