A 47-year-old woman presented with a palpable left breast mass which she thought was slowly growing. Imaging disclosed a circumscribed nodular lesion suggestive of a fibroadenoma. Excision revealed a circumscribed, unencapsulated 2.8 cm mass with a fibrous cut surface showing a few small cystic areas.
