The Pathologist in Court provides fundamental information and advice to assist pathologists in their encounters with the law. Primarily intended for general pathologists in small- to medium-sized hospitals, the text addresses matters surrounding evidence, testimony, civil claims, and the various roles for testifying. It was written by members of the CAP Forensic Pathology Committee in conjunction with legal experts and fully incorporates their knowledge and experience.
