PAP/NGC Programs Review

Christine Noga Booth, MD

The CAP has listened to your feedback. Enroll your cytopathology laboratory now in a new online course for nongynecologic fine needle aspiration cases.

The FNA module is new this year. There will be two course offerings with five cases each for five CME or CE credits upon completion of the activity each year.

The goal of this course is to provide pathologists and cytotechnologists with not only virtual slides and static images, but also ancillary diagnostic information such as radiographic images, flow cytometric results, and immunostained preparations to more fully reflect daily practice. Each case is interactive and will provide the participant with immediate feedback once the questions are answered.

Enroll your laboratory today for the digital slide program in fine needle aspirations by calling the CAP at 800-323-4040 or 847-832-7000 option 1#.

Dr. Booth, a member of the CAP Cytopathology Committee, is in the Department of Anatomic Pathology, Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
