For nongynecologic cytology unknown cases Nos. 5 and 6, log on to the CAP Cytopathology Committee Web site at www.cap.org/committees/comm_cytopathology.htm.

Case No. 5 is that of a 68-year-old male who presents with a left neck mass. Discussion is by committee member David C. Wilbur, MD, director of cytology, Department of Pathology, Massachusetts General Hospital.

Case No. 6 is that of a 61-year-old male with an enlarged cervical lymph node and a history of lung carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, and lymphoma. Discussion is by committee member Ann T. Moriarty, MD, of AmeriPath Indiana, Indianapolis.
