We need your questionnaires
To determine the practices of our participants, a supplementary
questionnaire will be included with all Pap program laboratory
result forms in the “C” mailings. Please take the
time to answer the questionnaire and let us know about the use
of applications such as the Bethesda 2001 terminology and HPV
testing in your institutions. The results of the questionnaire
will be published and mailed for all participants to review.
The information we gather is the basis for the benchmarking
data used in the cytopathology checklist and is used to evaluate
laboratory statistical data. The data were last collected in
1997. This update will incorporate Bethesda 2001 terminology and is important.
