Charge: To identify current and emerging issues in the legislative, regulatory and private sector arenas that could impact the practice of pathology; to develop policies and strategies to positively influence these issues to benefit patients and pathologists; and to implement these policies and strategies by educating members, conducting advocacy programs and maintaining liaison with health-related organizations.
