Charge: The Strategy Management Committee is the College’s principle body for advising the Board of Governors and management on the continued relevance of The College’s mission, vision and core values and on the efficacy of the CAP’s enterprise-wide strategic objectives. Over time, the Committee also provides counsel on adjustments to these objectives and related strategies based on effectiveness and changing environmental conditions.
