Competency Assessment Program from the CAP was designed as a tool to help labs meet CAP laboratory accreditation and CLIA requirements for competency. Because every laboratory is unique, the program allows you to customize CAP-provided courses and checklists to match your needs. You also can create new courses and checklists to suit your particular lab.
