A recent upgrade to e-LAB™ Solutions has improved the function of managing permissions. Administrators with large numbers of students associated with their laboratories reported that the system would “time out” when they tried to update a user’s permissions using the Manage Permissions function. With the upgrade, the system now works more efficiently and faster. The list of users is now sorted by last name, which allows the system to pull up a list within a few seconds. Once you locate the user whose permissions you would like to update, just click on the name and add/delete e-LAB Solutions permissions.
