Many laboratories enrolled in the Competency Assessment program employ CourseBuilder and ChecklistBuilder to help them track SOPs or other institutional requirements for training and compliance. For example, a document that needs to be read can be attached. The program date-stamps the employee sign-offs. The records then are accessible to education administrators, who can pull group reports of compliance out of CourseBuilder, and to individual employees whose training gets filed automatically in their individual accounts in the CAP Learning Management System.
