    • List the characteristics, accomplishments, and outcomes of productive State Societies.
    • List items and conditions that promote or retard the development of a productive State Society.
  2. Develop metrics by which to evaluate the effectiveness of State Societies. What measurements will let us know when our State Societies are productive?
  3. Propose measurable goals for each metric. How far down the path towards becoming a productive Society can the combined efforts of the College’s human assets take a State Society?
  4. Coordinate efforts and propose activities by which to harness the human assets* of the College to develop productive State Societies.
    • What is the College doing to develop productive State Societies?
    • What else does the College need to do to promote the development of productive State Societies (as identified in item #1 above)?
How can the HOD help maximize the College’s efforts in creating productive State Societies?
