Charge
- Assess the status of each State Society:
- What is the current state of our State Societies?
- What does a productive State Society look like?
- How can we develop the most fertile environment in which to grow a productive State Society?
- Gather general facts (size, budget, etc) about each society.
- List the characteristics, accomplishments, and outcomes of productive State Societies.
- List items and conditions that promote or retard the development of a productive State Society.
- Develop metrics by which to evaluate the effectiveness of State Societies. What measurements will let us know when our State Societies are productive?
- Propose measurable goals for each metric. How far down the path towards becoming a productive Society can the combined efforts of the College’s human assets take a State Society?
- Coordinate efforts and propose activities by which to harness the human assets* of the College to develop productive State Societies.
- What is the College doing to develop productive State Societies?
- What else does the College need to do to promote the development of productive State Societies (as identified in item #1 above)?
How can the HOD help maximize the College’s efforts in creating productive State Societies?
