The Spring ’13 HOD meeting was a huge success with 137 members registered and 145 members in attendance. This is the largest HOD Spring meeting in the history of the CAP.
Thank you to all HOD members who attended. Please claim your stipend by sending your reimbursement form and appropriate receipt(s) to Marci Zerante.

The Fall ’13 HOD Meeting is Saturday, October 12, 2013 in Orlando FL. Online registration opens April 9, 2013.

HOD Members who registered and attend HOD meetings are eligible for reimbursement. Attendance at one HOD meeting in the calendar year enables the delegate for up to 100 in reimbursement. Attendance at two HOD meetings in the same calendar year enables the delegate for up to a total of $300 in reimbursement. Receipts must be provided for the amount to which you are eligible. To claim your reimbursement, follow these instructions:
- Register online for the meeting so we know you are coming.
- Sign in at the HOD registration desk the morning of the meeting so we know you were there.
- Complete the member reimbursement form (Excel, 169 KB) and send it in along with the appropriate receipt(s) for the amount you are claiming. Send all forms and appropriate receipts to Marci Zerante via email or fax: 847-832-8656.
