One College
Under this mantra, the CAP House of Delegates, the CAP Board of Governors, the CAP Councils and Committees are functioning as a single unit. Each unit has a different responsibility, all working towards a common goal.

Be The Customer

The role of the CAP HOD in One College is to Be The Customer and ensure that College policies and initiatives meet the needs of our nearly 18, 000 members we represent. Our strategy for this is to:

  • convey the needs of the membership to the CAP
  • monitor the effectiveness of the CAP meeting these needs
  • provide feedback
