Unsure about your dues payment? Attention all CAP Fellows and Affiliate Members – don’t let your membership expire! If you have not paid your 2006 membership dues, your CAP membership will automatically expire on April 30, 2006.
For your convenience, payment still can be made
- Online with a major credit card.
- Over the telephone with a major credit card. Contact the CAP Membership Department at 1-800-323-4040 ext. 7309.
- Via fax or the mail. Fax 847-832-8931 or contact the CAP Membership Department (1-800-323-4040 ext. 7309) to request a copy of your 2006 membership dues invoice.
