The Surveys and Anatomic Pathology Education Programs Shipping Calendars are
provided in a Microsoft® Excel file format for easy modification to meet your
specific laboratory needs. Information is provided in two tabs. The first tab
(By PFG) lists the products alphabetically by Product Fulfillment Group Code
(PFG). The product fulfillment group (PFG) includes products specific to a particular
discipline or subdiscipline, which have been grouped into the same shipping
configuration. The second tab (By Ship Date) provides the products sorted by
ship date. Additional columns are provided in each tab for user modification.
Example column headings such as "receipt date," "received by," and "Survey performed
by," have been added only as possible uses suggested by current Surveys Program
participants. These example column headings can be deleted, replaced, or ignored.
This Excel file can be saved to your personal computer file for customization
by using the Excel, "File, Save As" options.
These documents are provided entirely for your internal laboratory use. The information may be customized, printed and posted within your laboratory, as you feel appropriate.
