Objective:	Determine the normative rates for the turnaround times of biochemical markers of cardiac injury, CK-MB and Troponin (I or T), measured from time of test order to time of test result verification.

QP032 - Inpatient Anticoagulation< /strong> Archives of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine: Vol. 128, No. 4, pp. 397-402
Objective:	Measure how well inpatients receiving heparin are monitored for anticoagulant effect, as well as the degrees of anticoagulation achieved, and compare rates with those of other institutions. Additionally, identify institutional processes and factors associated with higher rates of monitoring and optimal anticoagulant effect.

QP034 - Competency of Point-of-Care Glucose Testing Personnel CAP TODAY: May 2004, “Probing employee competency in POC testing”
Objective:	Evaluate how competency assessment of personnel performing POC glucose testing is performed and documented, and compare these practices among institutions. Additionally, case studies will be provided to assess the accuracy of responses.
