Patient Care Professionalism Transformation

This session will explore genetic testing in late onset autosomal dominant disorders such as Huntington disease and hereditary cancer. Faculty will review the historical background of genetic testing for these disorders, shift to the current state of testing, and address key ethical implications. Faculty will also examine medical-clinical and ethical issues of genetic testing in children. The course will utilize an audience-response system.
