CAP ’11 CME/CE Accreditation Statement

Accreditation

The College of American Pathologists (CAP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CME Category 1

The CAP designates this live educational activity for a maximum of 30.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

CE (Continuing Education for non-physicians)

The CAP designates this educational activity for a maximum of 24.5 credits/hours of continuing education. Participants should only claim those credits/hours that they actually spent in the activity.

The American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Registry Certification Maintenance Program accepts this activity to meet the continuing education requirements.
