This Video Microscopy Tutorial will focus on the most common morphologic patterns in soft tissue tumors with an emphasis on architectural patterns and judicious use of ancillary techniques, such as immunohistochemistry and molecular diagnostics. Faculty will discuss patterns including myxoid soft tissue lesions, highly cellular spindle cell neoplasm, round cell tumors, and well-differentiated lipomatous tumors.
