Meeting Fees
The meeting fee allows admittance into the CME/SAM/CE courses, Connection Café & Exhibits, Scientific Plenary, Spotlight Event and Reception, National Member Conversation event, and all industry workshops. Video microscopy tutorials and luncheon round table discussions require an additional fee.
Member
A CAP member is an individual pathologist who is a Fellow, International Fellow, Emeritus Fellow, Junior Member, or Affiliate Member. Participation in the CAP’s Surveys proficiency testing program or the CAP’s accreditation programs does not constitute CAP membership.

Networking Pass
The Networking Pass allows admittance into the Connection Café & Exhibits, all industry workshops, Scientific Plenary, Spotlight Event and Reception, National Member Conversation event and CAP accreditation’s 50th Anniversary reception. The pass applies to CAP members and nonmembers. The Networking Pass is included in the daily and global fees.

Meeting Fee Cancellation Policy
Meeting registrants must request cancellations in writing by Friday, August 24, 2012; the CAP will charge a $100 fee ($80 for CAP Junior Members). After August 24, 2012, the CAP will not issue refunds of CAP ’12 fees.
