Patient Care Professionalism

This session explores genetic testing in late onset autosomal dominant disorders such as Huntington disease and hereditary cancer. Faculty will review the historical background of genetic testing for these disorders, shift to the current state of testing, and address key ethical implications. Using an interactive audience-response system, faculty will also examine medical-clinical and ethical issues of genetic testing in children.
