Gynecologic pathology can cause diagnostic difficulty; textbooks rarely address the topic effectively. In an organ-specific approach to these challenges, this course will cover recognition of differentiated vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN), criteria for superficial invasion in vulva and cervix, mimickers of cervical adenocarcinoma, artifacts, drug effects and metaplasia of the endometrium, and recognition of early molar pregnancies.
