Join the CAP Mentor Program at CAP ’12

Exclusive to CAP ’12 attendees: You can participate in the CAP’s ongoing mentor program, offering intensive support for both mentors and mentees.

Designed specifically for new-in-practice pathologists, the CAP Mentor Program lets you ask questions, discuss issues of concern, and gain confidential insight and advice from an objective, experienced pathologist and CAP member via phone, email, or in person. The CAP will help with careful matching of mentor/mentee pairs, plan a mandatory orientation and kick-off dinner at CAP ’12, and provide ongoing support, including noteworthy articles, email reminders, and suggested areas of discussion.

If you would like to participate as either a mentee (a Fellow member in practice fewer than five years) or as a mentor (a Fellow member in practice at least 10 years), select the CAP Mentor Program option when you register online, or call 800-967-4548.

Note: The CAP will host the CAP Mentor Program orientation and kick-off dinner at CAP ’12 on Monday, September 10, 6:15–8:15 pm. Participants in the program must attend.
