Attend this course for an overview of the microscopic diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinomas and their precancers, with an emphasis on differential diagnosis and the resolution of common diagnostic problems. Learn about endometrioid carcinoma and its numerous variants; serous carcinoma, focusing on the glandular (nonpapillary) variant; endometrial carcinomas with clear cells, including clear cell carcinoma; carcinosarcoma and solid-patterned carcinomas, including undifferentiated and neuroendocrine carcinomas; precancerous lesions of endometrial carcinomas, including serous and clear cell carcinomas; and endometrial carcinomas showing microscopic features suggestive of Lynch syndrome.
