Sponsorship Opportunities

Industry Evening Workshops - $10,000

Here’s your opportunity to wine and dine a select number of CAP ’07 attendees during non-compete programming hours. We are offering these evening workshops to you on Sunday, September 30, 2007, beginning at 7:30 pm; Monday, October 1, 2007, beginning at 7:00 pm; and Tuesday, October 2, 2007, beginning at 7:00 pm. The ending time is up to you!

The vendor receives two complimentary badges for the exhibit hall—this is in addition to the three allowed per 10’x10’ booth. Attendees can pre-register for these workshops, as well as walk-in on-site. In order for your program to be listed in the full catalog, commitment and description must be received no later than January 30, 2007.

The Golf Guys - $15,000

Invite attendees to assess their golf swing by sponsoring this interactive event.

Room Drops - $1,000 (plus the cost of materials and hotel charges)

This allows you the ability to place your company’s flyer right at the attendee’s door.

Room Key Cards for Hotel - $10,000

Have your company name in everyone’s hand. This will allow you to place your information on the hotel key card. Available only for Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers.

Refreshment Break - $10,000

Sponsor a break in the Connection Café and Exhibits—the CAP will provide the signage.

Computer Kiosks - $4,000 to $5,000 Each

We’ll have six computer kiosks in ($4,000) and just outside ($5,000) the Connection Café and Exhibits. Each kiosk will be branded with your company name.

Water Stations - $1,000 Per Day

Sponsor the water stations in the Connection Café and Exhibits, and we’ll provide signage with your company name!

Attendee Comment Station – $2,000

Place your company name on attendee comment stations located in the Connection Café and Exhibits.

Pens and Notepads – $10,000

We’ll provide notepads with pens featuring your company name. Know that survey results showed this as a most requested item by CAP ’06 attendees.

Place an Item in the Attendee Bag – $2,000

Place your flyer or giveaway item in the CAP ’07 bag!

On-Site Print Ad Opportunities

• All ads printed in 4-color.
• Inside Back Cover of CAP ’07 Meeting Guide – $2,000
• Full Page Ad in CAP ’07 Meeting Guide – $1,500
• 1/2 Page Ad in CAP ’07 Meeting Guide – $750

Terms of Contracting and Payment for Sponsorship

Sponsorship opportunities may be discussed with Samara Lingafelter at exhibits@cap.org or 847-832-7464. All contracts for sponsorship must be accompanied by a 50% deposit of the total cost of the sponsorship. Final payment is due by June 1, 2007. Failure to make the final payment constitutes a cancellation of this contract. All deposits are nonrefundable. Cancellations received after June 1, 2007, will result in CAP retaining the entire amount of the sponsorship. Cancellation requests must be in writing. Only Industry Workshop sponsorships contracted by January 30, 2007, will be included in the CAP ’07 meeting catalog, mailed to all members in April. Please provide your company logo following these specifications:

• Minimum 300 dpi resolution
• Format: eps, tiff, or jpeg - CMYK or RGB, prefer color but will accept black/white
