  1. Explain, execute and demonstrate best practice BPF procedures: specimen handling, processing, assay criteria and selection, process management and remediation of test performance issues.


  2. Interpret and validate BPF test results for cases representing all levels of complexity, integrating the test results with clinical and morphologic findings.


  3. Communicate BPF test results and patient treatment implications to clinicians, multi-disciplinary health care teams, and patients proactively and collaboratively.


  4. Explain and implement initial validation and ongoing quality management processes that monitor assay performance.
