Member Leaders

• Work with your committee and/or your state society to support the specialty's transformation and identify specific action your group can take.



• Give feedback to the CAP about barriers to transformation as well as successes.



• Serve as an ambassador on behalf of the College’s transformation campaign to get members involved and engaged.



• Embrace the change curve - there is no generation for which this is more critical.



• Understand that your value is beyond diagnosis and should also center on influencing prevention, prognosis and treatment.
