Users of the CAP Web site are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use in addition to terms and conditions posted in other areas of the site.
Purpose
The CAP Web site, and information posted on it, is intended for educational and communication purposes with an anticipated audience including pathologists and pathologists in training, laboratory professionals, other health care professionals, and the public.
The College acts as a conduit for the online distribution and publication of user-submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to these Terms and Conditions, the College may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. The College has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. The College reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Web site for violating the Terms and Conditions or the law and the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive.
CAP Name and Logo
The name and logo of the CAP are trademarks of the College. Without the express written consent of the College, no use of such name or logo may be made by a third party in a manner that suggests that the third party or its products or services are affiliated with or endorsed by the College or in a manner that puts the College in a false light.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials posted on the CAP Web site, including all images and the source code used to create elements of this Web site, are copyrighted by the College of American Pathologists © 1996-2008. Except as indicated below or as permitted by Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §107, use of such material or source code without the express written consent of the CAP is prohibited.

However, for a number of reasons, you may not receive a reminder. The sole responsibility to schedule and have a test rests with you. The College disclaims any duty to provide you with any reminder.
The College reserves the right to terminate this program at any time without notice. Moreover, the College may exclude from the program anyone who it believes may be abusing the program. The College has no obligation to send you any reminder or to make sure you have made an appointment.
Definition and Use of "Cookies"on the CAP Web Site
