QMAP is a focused, customizable assessment of your quality management system based on the needs of your laboratory.

QMAP is conducted by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) specialists in quality management systems and ISO 15189. The CAP offers the convenient options of onsite or remote delivery.

QMAP delivers objective feedback on the effectiveness of your quality system, and will help you improve it regardless of where you are in your quality journey.

For those laboratories that are also interested in accreditation to ISO 15189, it will help you assess your readiness for participation in the CAP 15189 program. You may be closer than you think if you have already.

  • Done significant work refining your processes with Lean and Six Sigma
  • Enhanced your document control system
  • Established an effective root cause analysis process
