Reports to the Board of Governors
Description
Committees of the Board are charged with a variety of missions of broad relevance to the College. Consequently, they take their direction from, and report directly back to the Board of Governors.
The following committees are part of the Committees of the Board of Governors:
- Audit Committee
- CAP Nominating Committee
- Compensation Committee
- Constitution and Bylaws Committee
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Committee
- Elections Oversight Committee
- Executive Committee
- Finance Committee
- House of Delegates Steering Committee
- Information Technology Leadership Committee
- Residents Forum Executive Committee
