Dr. Krasowski is recognized for outstanding leadership as chair of the CAP Toxicology Committee and for his sustained contributions to advancing the specialty of clinical toxicology within laboratory medicine. He is among a small group of pathologists with deep expertise in toxicology and has consistently championed the growth and integration of toxicology testing in clinical laboratories.

In addition to his contributions in toxicology, Dr. Krasowski is a recognized thought leader in gender‑inclusive laboratory medicine and the provision of care for transgender patients.
