The CAP is pleased to be represented at LMCE 2026, the 67th annual meeting of the Korean Society for Laboratory Medicine. This is one of Asia’s leading laboratory medicine congresses, and draws thousands of attendees from around the world each year. Held under the theme “AI for AI: Advanced Integration in Diagnostics,” this year’s program focuses on how AI and advanced integration are reshaping laboratory practice globally.
CAP President Qihui “Jim” Zhai, MD, FCAP, will deliver a plenary lecture, From Innovation to Implementation: Connecting AI to Real-World Laboratory Practice. Dr. Zhai will also join Kathleen G. Beavis, MD, FCAP, for a symposium session on “Managing Laboratory Accreditation,” speaking on the global reach and continued relevance of the CAP Laboratory Accreditation Program.
