The CAP Career Center

The CAP offers an online career center. CAP members and nonmembers can connect with prospective employers and employees in the laboratory industry. This portal provides a range of services, including job alerts, resume assistance, and filterable search functionality for job seekers. As well as:

  • A highly targeted approach to employment opportunities in the laboratory marketplace, including a focus on demographics and location
  • The ability to post resumes and applications anonymously, thereby enabling job candidates to stay connected to the career center while maintaining full control over their confidential information
  • An advanced job alert system that notifies a candidate of new opportunities matching criteria preselected according to the candidate's desired postings
  • Access to industry-specific jobs—and top-quality candidates—infrequently seen on the mass job boards
