Horizon Health Laboratory receives re-accreditation from the College of American Pathologists accreditation committee. CAP inspectors examined the laboratory’s records and quality control of procedures for the previous two years. The inspection also included examination of the entire staff’s qualifications, the laboratory equipment, facilities, safety program and record and overall management of the department.
