Charge
To review electronic ballot for the CAP annual election of officers and governors prior to mailing to the members; provide general oversight of the election process; interpret and manage election violations as they occur; and recommend changes in election procedures to the Board of Governors as needed. The chair shall notify candidates and members of the committee of the election results prior to the Stated Annual Meeting and receive any appeals relating to irregularities in the election process.
This committee reports to the Board of Governors.
