NORTHFIELD, Ill. (September 8, 2026)—Henry Palomino joins the College of American Pathologists (CAP) as its new Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in global supply chain management, operations, and logistics across manufacturing, health care, and other industries, most recently serving as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for AGI.
Mr. Palomino had led a large-scale supply chain transformation involving more than 4,000 suppliers. He improved operational performance through enhanced sourcing, logistics, supplier management, and risk management programs while championing the use of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to strengthen forecasting, inventory management, and decision-making.

Previously, Mr. Palomino held senior supply chain leadership roles with Hillrom Corporation, Ohio Medical Corporation, and Rexnord Industries. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams while driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency, supply continuity, cost management, and working capital performance.
Mr. Palomino joins the CAP as the organization continues its commitment to helping laboratories and pathologists deliver the highest standards of quality and patient care. His leadership will support ongoing efforts to enhance operational effectiveness, improve service delivery, and ensure members and customers have access to the laboratory quality resources they depend on.
