What practices should do: Pathologists Quality Registry practices should review their final scores and payment adjustment information as soon as possible.
By the numbers:

Above 75 points: Positive payment adjustment.

75 points: Neutral payment adjustment.

Below 75 points: Negative payment adjustment.
