The Federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process will transition later this year from single-use web forms to the new IDR Gateway, a centralized platform that will allow users to manage disputes, track case activity, access reports, and receive notifications.
What to know: IDR Gateway users will gain access to the platform in September. The new system will include identity verification requirements and restrict access to US-based users.
Need help getting started? The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is hosting a webinar on September 15 from 1:00–2:00 PM ET covering how to create an IDR Gateway account, sign in, and join an organization.
