- Greatest Landmines in Practice Management
Managing a practice is challenging for many pathologists. The essential skills must often be learned on the job rather than having been taught in medical school or residency training. The awareness of potential landmines—and of ways to resolve or avoid them—can be especially valuable for pathologists with practice management responsibilities.
In this roundtable, you'll hear from speakers with extensive experience in pathology practice management across a variety of settings. They'll talk about the biggest landmines they’ve encountered and how they addressed them. There will also be time for you to ask questions about the specific practice management challenges you're facing.
Objectives:
- Learn about possible landmines in pathology practice management.
- Discuss methods to mitigate these challenges.
- Discuss ways to avoid the landmines when managing a practice.
