The User Insights Panel is a diverse group of members and customers who partner with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) to help shape the future of our websites, digital tools, laboratory products, and services. By participating in occasional usability studies, surveys, interviews, and structured feedback sessions panel members provide feedback that directly guides improvements and strengthens the overall user experience across the CAP.
