Systems Upgrade and Outage in July
Due to a major systems upgrade, many of our business services, including the CAP online store, will be offline from July 10 to 13. We are continuously improving our systems to better serve you, and this upgrade is part of that ongoing effort.
What this means for you:
- Access to the online store, e-LAB Solutions Suite, Direct Transmission, and other applications will be unavailable during this time.
- The turnaround times for orders and financial transactions will be delayed.
- Due dates for certain proficiency testing/external quality assessment (PT/EQA) and other impacted programs have been extended.
In addition, the Organization Profile, My Profile, and web account creation applications will be offline earlier from July 3 to 13 to prepare for the upgrade. Further updates about system availability will be posted at the top of cap.org during the upgrade and outage.
Support
We have a manual process in place to assist in emergencies (such as the need for an emergency replacement order). Otherwise, we ask that you wait until full service is restored to submit any requests.
The CAP is committed to completing this upgrade swiftly and we will be back online on July 14.
If you have any questions, please call a Customer Contact Center representative at 800-323-4040, Option 1, or +1-847-832-7000, Option 1 (for customers outside the US), or email contactcenter@cap.org.
