The Engaged Leadership Academy (ELA) is a multi-day strategic communications and leadership course. ELA graduates possess the skills, tools, and confidence to be front-and-center in their health care settings and to influence their clinical colleagues, administrators, government agencies, and advocacy groups for the benefit of patients and pathology. Registration for 2023 will open this spring, usually held late November.

House of Delegates

The House of Delegates (HOD), the largest member body within the CAP, serves as your direct connection to CAP Leadership and pathologists across the country. The House is composed of over 500 elected members representing all 50 states, the Canadian provinces, and the Armed Forces, all united in the goal of ensuring that CAP initiatives meet the needs of CAP members.
